1. Using Stueo

Stueo is an AI-assisted interior design service that turns room photos and your instructions into visual design concepts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to use Stueo responsibly.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Stueo to violate law or the rights of others, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you.

• Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to process.
• Do not upload illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or fraudulent content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent limits or security controls.
• Do not use generated designs to mislead others about professional credentials or construction approvals.
• Do not use the service to make decisions where inaccurate room or safety information could cause harm.

3. Your content and generated designs

You retain the rights you have in the photos, instructions, and other content you submit. You grant the operator of Stueo a limited licence to host, copy, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

AI-generated results are design concepts, not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or exclusive. Similar results may be generated for other users. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use your generated results for personal or commercial inspiration, but you are responsible for checking that your use does not infringe another person’s rights.

4. Plans, credits, and payments

Stueo offers Free, Premium, Elite, and Professional plans. Free includes 10 redesigns per month plus one introductory video and one introductory 360° panorama per account. Free does not include Iconic Styles or Project Packages. Premium includes 100 redesigns, 3 videos, 5 360° panoramas, 1 Project Package, and Iconic Styles per monthly allowance window. Elite includes 500 redesigns, 10 videos, 25 360° panoramas, 20 Project Packages, and Iconic Styles. Professional includes unlimited redesigns, 50 videos, 100 360° panoramas, 200 Project Packages, Iconic Styles, white-label branding, public share links, DOCX/XLSX exports, and commercial/client-work positioning.

Premium is $8.99 monthly or $59.88 billed annually. Elite is $24.99 monthly or $179.88 billed annually. Professional is $124.99 monthly or $1,175.88 billed annually. Annual plans show the equivalent monthly price and are charged once for the stated annual total. Prices, taxes, renewal details, and cancellation options are shown at checkout.

Paid allowances renew in monthly windows anchored to the subscription, including for annual subscribers. Unused finite paid allowances carry into only the immediately following monthly window and then expire. Failed redesign, video, 360° panorama, and Project Package jobs do not consume allowance. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, and the billing portal supports payment methods, plan changes, and cancellation. We may suspend paid features for failed or reversed payments, subject to applicable law.

Plan changes apply immediately. Upgrades may generate an immediate prorated invoice; downgrades and billing-interval changes apply immediately with no prorated credit for the current period.

5. AI, measurements, and design disclaimers

Stueo results are creative visualisations and should not be treated as architectural drawings, engineering plans, building-code advice, contractor instructions, or guarantees that furniture, finishes, colours, dimensions, or materials will work in a real space.

Any measurements, quantities, material suggestions, colour matches, or package exports may be estimates and can contain errors. Before purchasing materials, altering a room, or starting construction, verify dimensions and requirements with qualified professionals and the relevant local authorities.

AI systems can produce unexpected or incorrect content. You should review every result before relying on it, and you remain responsible for decisions made using the service.

6. Intellectual property

The software, branding, interface, documentation, and original service content used by Stueo are owned by the service operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create a competing service from Stueo or its proprietary materials except where the law or a written agreement permits it.

7. Availability and termination

We work to keep Stueo available, but the service may change, be interrupted, or include errors. We may limit or discontinue features, including AI providers and plan benefits, with reasonable notice where practical.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or where required by law. Provisions that should reasonably continue — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms — will survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stueo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, suitable for a particular room, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful or infringing content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Stueo and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or applicable consumer rights.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will post the updated Terms here and change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required.
